About the role : Someone to lead the PMO office of the People / HR Function. Someone with strong project management skills, handling diverse projects and drive closure, providing strategic insights, analysing internal and external trends, connecting dots across teams and themes, and helping the HR leaders with ideas, understanding the culture and aligning quickly with strategic priorities. Someone who brings curiosity, ownership, and the drive to make an impact.

Job Description :

• Partner closely with the CPO and People Practice leaders on strategic initiatives and priorities
• Lead the Project Management office of the People Function
• Build and publish dashboards and reports - delivering meaningful insights and tracking progress
• Closely watch industry best practices, educate and recommend new initiatives around productivity enhancement, better employee experiences etc.
• Engage and manage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless execution across People Practice initiatives and projects.
• Project Management : Drive strategic project management, ensuring timely execution, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with the CPO's priorities.
• Provide Intelligence and Foresight : Analyse internal and external trends and present information to support decision-making and shape future-ready people strategies.
• Design and lead strategic reviews : May include annual strategy presentations, governance and cadences for the People Practice function activities.
• People Communications and Presentations : Execute a compelling People communication strategy.
• Support and contribute to organizational transformation and change management initiatives

Skills & Experience

Education : Preferably Engineer + MBA
