Job Summary :

Are you an MBA graduate with a sharp strategic lens and a flair for storytelling? At Accelyst, we're hiring a Marketing Executive who can architect and execute marketing strategies that position us as a category-defining AI Services. In this high-visibility role, you’ll partner directly with the founding team to build a modern B2B marketing engine from the ground up; one that blends brand, demand, and product marketing into one cohesive narrative.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with product and strategy teams to convert business objectives into actionable marketing roadmaps, aligning GTM priorities with company vision.

Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, and partner-led channels to build awareness, generate demand, and support pipeline velocity.

Shape messaging and positioning that clearly articulates Accelyst’s unique value in AI consulting, tailoring communication for enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Develop content across the funnel, from thought leadership and client success stories to sales enablement of assets and investor narratives.

Manage Accelyst’s digital presence, including the website, social media, SEO / SEM, and email campaigns, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience.

Conduct market and competitive research to inform campaign planning, identify whitespace opportunities, and refine targeting strategies.

Implement marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing journeys, optimizing engagement, qualifications, and conversion.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, delivering insights that guide strategy, budget allocation, and ROI optimization.

Qualifications :

MBA from Tier-1 college, with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, or Communications.

0–3 years of experience in strategic marketing, GTM execution or brand / digital roles in B2B tech / startups.

Strong analytical mindset; ability to work backward from business goals to marketing execution.

Deep interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and their business applications.

Familiarity with MarTech tools (HubSpot, GA4, SEO platforms, etc.) is a plus.

A collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
