Foster a culture of safety, discipline, innovation, and accountability. B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical or Automation or Production Engineering Alumni of reputed institute Minimum 15 years in plant operations, manufacturing, or works management At least 7–10 years in senior leadership roles Exposure to automobile, auto-ancillary, jewellery, heavy engineering, process industry, or similar sectors Strategic & Business Acumen Operations & Cost Management Technical & Manufacturing Industry Knowledge Continuous Improvement & Technology Adoption Compliance & Risk Management Leadership & People Management

Role Overview :
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Operations Sr. Manager to lead multi-site operations, drive operational excellence, and deliver sustainable profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in greenfield / brownfield project execution, manufacturing strategy, planning, quality and automation and especially within the jewellery, automotive, heavy engineering, or similar precision-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Operations
- Lead and manage end-to-end operations across multi-location units.
- Align manufacturing operations with business objectives to improve cost-efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Develop and implement comprehensive manufacturing and business strategies.
- Successfully execute Greenfield / Brownfield projects from concept to commissioning.
2. Operational Excellence & Systems
o Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Multi-skilling, etc.
