🔍 We're Hiring : Civil Design Engineer – Land Development

📍 Location : Hyderabad | 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 SV DESIGNERS

Are you a driven civil designer or engineer with a passion for Land Development and infrastructure design? We’re expanding our team and looking for a Civil Design Engineer having experience in

US Standards .

Subdivision layout & planning
Lot grading & earthworks design
Storm sewer network modeling
Roadway design, profiles & alignments
Corridor modeling using Civil 3D or similar software

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

Design and model complete land development projects from concept to construction

Prepare detailed design drawings for subdivisions, lot grading, storm sewers, and roadways

Generate road profiles, cross-sections, and corridor models

Coordinate with planners, surveyors, utility companies, and municipal authorities

Ensure designs meet local bylaws, engineering standards, and environmental regulations

Support the preparation of tender packages and construction documents

🛠️ Qualifications :

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

2-5 years of relevant experience in land development or municipal engineering

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (corridor modeling, grading, pipe networks)

Solid understanding of stormwater management and road design principles

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
