Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities across multiple international projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and flexibility to work in diverse and dynamic environments. This role involves end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects in accordance with international standards, timelines, and budgets.
Note : Experience with the ConWize construction estimation and planning platform is mandatory .
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities across multiple international project sites.
- Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and manage project progress, schedules, and cost control.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Ensure that all construction work complies with relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Solve on-site technical issues and provide engineering solutions in real-time.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality assurance across all stages of construction.
- Supervise and support site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Utilize ConWize for project estimation, planning, and execution monitoring.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).Valid engineering license or certification as required by host countries.Mandatory experience with ConWize construction software.Minimum 3 –8 years of relevant experience in construction project execution, preferably across international or multi-site projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Zoho Projects) and CAD software.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Willingness to travel or relocate internationally for project duration.Requirements
Preferred Skills :
Experience working in remote or challenging environments.Multilingual capabilities or experience working in multicultural teams.Knowledge of international construction codes and standards (e.g., Euro-codes, ACI, ASTM).Note : Experience with the ConWize construction estimation and planning platform is mandatory .

Requirements
Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or data entry preferred.
