Director, Advanced Infrastructure

Job Summary

This role is responsible for strategy, project delivery and execution of short and long-term infrastructure initiatives in alignment with business goals, as well as developing a strong relationship with our managed services partners.

Your Impact

• Define and lead the global infrastructure strategy, including AD / O365, cloud, network, data center, and end-user computing, factory site, governance, and hybrid system support.
• Evaluate the end-to-end on-premise data centers and build strategy for supporting reliable services
• Manage the execution of infrastructure projects and enhancements, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and application teams to ensure infrastructure supports current and future business needs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage capital and operational budgets for infrastructure initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with global IT standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Ownership of factory site support, hands / feet of system support, and governance with CAB, asset, license management (SAM / HAM)
• Build the promote-to-production processes to help transition services to the DT operational support areas
