Job Overview
The Project Director will lead the planning execution and delivery of large-scale construction projects under the PMC model. This role involves strategic oversight stakeholder coordination and ensuring projects meet quality budget and timeline targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to completion.
Develop project scope objectives and deliverables aligned with client and organizational goals.
Oversee project managers and cross-functional teams.
Monitor construction progress budgets and quality standards.
Liaise with clients contractors consultants and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with legal safety and environmental regulations.
Implement risk management strategies and resolve project issues.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field.
Masters degree or MBA preferred.
PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management with at least 5 years in a leadership role within PMC projects.
