KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic Planning & Brand Management :
- Drive the creation and execution of long-term and short-term brand strategies to achieve portfolio targets.
- Lead the annual brand planning process, ensuring alignment with business unit goals and organizational vision.
- Conduct SWOT analysis and apply insights to guide strategic initiatives.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and / or Associate Product Managers to deliver brand objectives.Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments such as Sales, Medical Affairs, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure cohesive brand implementation.Lead internal and external stakeholder engagement to support marketing campaigns and field team enablement.Marketing Execution :
Drive the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns - both digital and traditional - tailored to HCP engagement and patient awareness.Develop compelling promotional material (VA, LBLs, newsletters, digital content, apps, etc.) aligned with brand strategy.Ensure consistent field force alignment and effective implementation of marketing plans through regular connects and training.Market Intelligence & Innovation :
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.Leverage primary research and KOL interactions to inform and refine marketing strategies(ref : iimjobs.com)
