Key Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement differentiated brand marketing strategies.
- Prepare and execute marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of promotional collaterals (VAFs, LBLs, inputs, etc.) by working with internal teams and external vendors.
Market Research & Insights
Conduct minimum 5 days of fieldwork per month to gather insights and feedback.Carry out brand and therapy-related research as advised by the Therapy Marketing Manager.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and internal forecasts to prepare actionable reports.Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with the sales and training teams to communicate and drive brand strategies.Facilitate Cycle Sales Meetings (CSMs) and other key platforms to ensure alignment on brand direction.Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Medical, Promo, Supply Chain, Finance, and Training.Compliance & Documentation
Complete all brand-related documentation such as ARFs, PSAs, and Camp Certifications.Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal processes.Education & Experience :
Education : MBA is Minimum 5 years of experience
Prior experience with new product launches and managing key accounts or KOLs is desirable.Key Skills :
