Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Visa Counselor, located on-site in Bengaluru. The Visa Counselor will assist students with the visa application process, provide guidance on visa requirements, and review and submit visa applications. Candidates will also offer support during visa interviews, keep up-to-date with the latest visa regulations, and maintain records of each student's application status. The role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of visa regulations and requirements
• Experience in reviewing and submitting visa applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to provide personalized support and guidance
• Experience in educational counseling is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant experience in visa counseling
