About the Role

Birla Open Minds International School (BOMIS), KR Puram, is seeking an experienced Admissions Counsellor with a strong track record in student enrollments. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and parent-focused, ensuring BOMIS is the school of choice in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Drive admissions by presenting the school’s programs, facilities, and unique advantages to parents.

Handle inquiries, conduct counselling sessions, and campus tours.

Convert leads from campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins while maintaining timely follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on admission trends.

Collaborate with the Principal, academic, and marketing teams to meet admission targets.

Requirements

Graduate (Master’s in Marketing / Education preferred).

3–5 years of proven experience in admissions counselling for reputed schools.

Excellent communication & presentation skills (English required; Kannada / Hindi a plus).

Strong persuasion, relationship-building, and lead conversion abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
