The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Lead – Brand Partnerships to be the bridge between Earnly and the brands rewriting the rules of marketing.

You’ll bring in brands that are ready to think big, collaborate deeply, and invest meaningfully in influencer-led storytelling. This role is for someone who already knows the ecosystem — someone who can walk into a room and command trust because they’ve been here before .

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow long-term partnerships with leading brands and agencies.
• Bring your existing network of clients into the Earnly ecosystem.
• Pitch influencer-first ideas that align with brand vision and business outcomes.
• Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to design powerful creator campaigns.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of influencer trends, emerging creators, and platform shifts.
• Drive consistent revenue growth while nurturing strong, lasting relationships.
