Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cluster Head to lead our B2B business in Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing relationships with institutional clients, and overseeing a team of sales and support professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by enrolling new partners (Brokers)
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Build, Lead and manage a team of sales and support professionals
- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members
- Achieve revenue targets through a combination of new business development and existing client growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Adjust business strategies as needed to optimize revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
