Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented TeleSales Head to lead, manage, and grow our telesales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing telesales team, driving revenue through strategic tele-calling campaigns, and implementing best practices to maximize sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership : Build, manage, and mentor a team of telesales managers, team leads, and executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute telesales strategies, scripts, and campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Performance Management : Monitor KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Training & Development : Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling.
- Process Optimization : Ensure use of CRM tools for call tracking, lead management, and reporting.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on campaigns, offers, and customer feedback.
- Customer Focus : Ensure excellent customer experience during the telesales process, handling escalations where required.
- Reporting : Present weekly / monthly performance reports and actionable insights to management.
Requirements
Proven experience (8+ years) in telesales or inside sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role selling B2B Solutions in IndiaManaged a minimum sales target of 20+ Crores annuallyStrong track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to perform at their best.Proficiency with CRM software, Excel, and sales analytics tools.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).What We Offer
