You will be working on ad campaigns that directly fuel the growth of both brands — high-conversion, high-ROI campaigns that are creatively sharp, data-driven, and powered by AI-led optimization.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who can take ownership of our paid advertising efforts across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram (organic + paid). You’ll combine creative storytelling with data analytics and leverage AI tools to drive better targeting, creative testing, and campaign performance.
This role requires someone who’s equally comfortable brainstorming creative hooks, dissecting analytics dashboards, and using AI-driven strategies to scale campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns for both brands.
- Develop and manage Instagram organic growth strategies — including reels, stories, and engagement campaigns.
- Use AI tools (e.G., for creative generation, copy testing, keyword research, and audience segmentation) to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Conduct A / B testing for ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, preparing detailed reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop ad creatives and video concepts that resonate with our audience.
- Track ROI, CPL, CTR, and other KPIs, ensuring campaigns are optimized for both cost efficiency and conversion quality .
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, AI marketing tools, and industry trends to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
Skills & Experience Required
2 years of hands-on experience in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram marketing.Knowledge of the new Andromeda Update of Meta Ads and familiarity with Demand Gen and Video View Campaigns is a mustProven track record of managing ad budgets of at least ₹20 lakhs / month with strong ROI.Strong understanding of funnel building, lead generation, and remarketing strategies.Experience using AI-driven marketing tools for creative, audience, and campaign optimization.Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools.Creative thinking — ability to develop engaging, scroll-stopping ad concepts.Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.Why Join Us
