Role Overview

We’re looking for an

Operations Executive

to ensure smooth project execution, logistics, and vendor coordination across Visual Dough’s experiential and tech-driven activations.

You’ll play a crucial role in supporting on-ground events, installations, and projects — ensuring everything runs seamlessly from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

vendor coordination, logistics, and procurement

for ongoing projects and activations.

Assist in

setup, testing, and troubleshooting

during events and technology-based installations.

Maintain and update

records, invoices, and operational trackers

for internal reporting.

Provide

on-site support

during live events to ensure smooth execution.

Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Tech, Production) to align project timelines and deliverables.

Ensure

timely delivery, resource allocation, and quality control

for each activation.

Key Requirements

1–2 years of experience in

operations, production, or project coordination , preferably in an events, experiential, or creative environment.

Strong

organizational, communication, and multitasking

skills.

Willingness to

travel

for events, setups, and client activations.

Hands-on, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Interest in

martech, experiential marketing, or event technology

is a plus.
