My Baby Babbles is a premium online marketplace for mom & baby products, curating thoughtful, design-led, and personalised gifts for little ones. We’re growing quickly and are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations & E-commerce Executive to join our team.

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary : 25,000 per month

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with vendors and logistics partners, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. You’ll also help maintain our website catalogue, making sure all listings are accurate, up to date, and beautifully presented.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Logistics Management

Manage dropship and direct vendor orders , including manifest creation, pickup scheduling, and tracking.

Oversee order processing , product checks, and shipment coordination from the office.

Handle shipping and delivery follow-ups , ensuring timely dispatch and tracking updates.

Manage pre- and post-shipment communication with vendors and courier partners.

Regularly review open, shipped, and pending orders to ensure accuracy.

Coordination & Communication

Work closely with the internal team on all order and vendor-related coordination .

Communicate with customers to confirm addresses or resolve order issues when required.

Update and maintain Google Sheets and internal order trackers.

Website Catalogue & Product Management

Maintain and update product listings on the My Baby Babbles website (Shopify).

Ensure all catalogue details—pricing, stock levels, product descriptions, and images—are accurate and current.

Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to keep the catalogue aligned with campaigns and launches.

Administrative Support

Assist with payment reconciliations , vendor billing statements, and courier reports.

Support the team with inventory checks, price updates , and product combination setups.

Support the team with stock keeping and reorders.

Who You Are

Organized, dependable, and proactive with great attention to detail.

Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders (vendors, couriers, and internal teams).

Basic understanding of Shopify , Excel / Google Sheets, and e-commerce operations.

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
