Intern – Trainee Growth Manager (SUSAN Platform)

Location : Mumbai, India (Onsite)

Department : Partnerships | Research | Marketing | Sales

Duration : 3–6 months | Full-time internship

Salary- Negotiable up to INR 25,000 per month

Education : MBA (Marketing / Strategy / International Business preferred)

ServQual Limited is a global cybersecurity and compliance company operating across the UK, USA, and India. Our flagship platform SUSAN (ServQual Unicorn Security Assessment Nexus) is a Gen-AI-driven Continuous GRC and Cybersecurity solution built entirely on AWS. It enables enterprises to simplify compliance, assess risks, and enhance data privacy — all in a lightweight, automated platform.

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Growth Manager Intern / Trainee to join our Mumbai team and help drive go-to-market initiatives, partnerships, research, and event activities for the SUSAN platform.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team to identify strategic opportunities, execute marketing and sales campaigns, and support ServQual’s regional expansion across India, UAE, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitor research for cybersecurity, AI, and GRC domains.
  • Support partnership development with technology vendors, distributors, and enterprise clients.
  • Assist in creating marketing and sales collaterals, including presentations, one-pagers, and campaign content.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities in collaboration with AWS and other ecosystem partners.
  • Track and report growth KPIs, campaign performance, and partnership leads.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, technical, and leadership) to align GTM goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA in Marketing, Strategy, or related field (final year or recent graduate).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
  • Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is an advantage.
  • Ability to work onsite with a small, fast-moving team in Mumbai.
