Location : Jalandhar & PatialaBudget : 40-45 KAbout the CompanyWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business development in Jalandhar territories. The ideal candidate must have strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Contractors, Dealers, and Distributors, and proven experience in project and channel sales within the building material industry.About the RoleThe Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for managing and expanding dealer and distributor networks in the assigned region while generating business from various stakeholders in the building material industry.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in Jalandhar.Manage and expand dealer and distributor networks in the assigned region.Generate business from Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Project Consultants.Identify new project opportunities and follow up till order closure.Ensure regular market visits, competitor tracking, and market intelligence.Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and influencers.Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries, payments, and customer satisfaction.Prepare monthly sales reports and market feedback for management review.QualificationsGraduate in any field.Experience : 3–7 years in Building Material / Interior Product Sales.Must have strong market knowledge and contacts in Jalandhar territories.Proven experience in handling Project Sales and Dealer Network Management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Required SkillsArchitects SalesProject SalesDealer ManagementDistributor HandlingMarket DevelopmentChannel SalesBuilding Material IndustryTerritory SalesRelationship ManagementPay range and compensation packageDetails regarding the pay range or salary or compensation will be discussed during the interview process.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.```
