Payroll Deputy Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Deputy Manager with a robust background in end-to-end payroll processing , specifically for India payroll . This is a critical role for a professional who possesses in-depth knowledge of payroll operations, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in handling payroll for multiple countries across the APAC & MEA regions , including but not limited to Dubai, South Africa, Morocco, and Nigeria, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for India , ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Oversee and expedite payroll payments and manage TDS returns .
• Conduct and support payroll audits and ensure compliance with payroll taxation regulations.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of payroll inputs vs. outputs and how to prepare payroll provisions.
• Expertise in generating bank files for payroll disbursements and filing TDS returns .
• Work proficiently with Oracle for payroll management.
• Apply knowledge of payroll compliance and audit for countries in the APAC & MEA regions , including Dubai, South Africa, Morocco, and Nigeria.
• Ensure adherence to Statutory Compliance knowledge for all assigned countries.
