We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Deputy Manager with a robust background in end-to-end payroll processing , specifically for India payroll . This is a critical role for a professional who possesses in-depth knowledge of payroll operations, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in handling payroll for multiple countries across the APAC & MEA regions , including but not limited to Dubai, South Africa, Morocco, and Nigeria, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for India , ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Oversee and expedite payroll payments and manage TDS returns .
- Conduct and support payroll audits and ensure compliance with payroll taxation regulations.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of payroll inputs vs. outputs and how to prepare payroll provisions.
- Expertise in generating bank files for payroll disbursements and filing TDS returns .
- Work proficiently with Oracle for payroll management.
- Apply knowledge of payroll compliance and audit for countries in the APAC & MEA regions , including Dubai, South Africa, Morocco, and Nigeria.
- Ensure adherence to Statutory Compliance knowledge for all assigned countries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Primary Skills :Extensive and hardcore payroll experience , having handled end-to-end payroll in accounts specifically for India payroll .In-depth payroll experience including payment expediting, TDS returns, payroll audit, and payroll taxation.Strong knowledge of how to prepare JDs (Journal entries for payroll) and manage provisions.Proven ability to handle payroll inputs and outputs, generate bank files, and file TDS returns.Proficiency with Oracle payroll system.Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance for countries like Dubai, South Africa, Morocco, and Nigeria (APAC & MEA Region) .Strong Payroll Compliance and Audit knowledge for the specified regions.Comprehensive understanding of Statutory Compliance for the above-mentioned countries.Secondary Skills :Foundational knowledge in Accounting and Finance .Soft Skills :Good Communication skills , both verbal and written.Strong Interpersonal skills .Excellent Stakeholder Management abilities.Robust Analytical skills .Skills Required
