Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Flow Cytometer Specialist located in Hyderabad. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting flow cytometry equipment. Responsibilities include analyzing data from flow cytometry experiments, preparing samples, optimizing protocols, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results. The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and train laboratory personnel in using flow cytometry techniques as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining flow cytometry instruments.
• Expertise in data analysis, sample preparation, and troubleshooting issues related to flow cytometry.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality assurance best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to train and support laboratory personnel in flow cytometry techniques.
• Master's degree or higher in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience with advanced flow cytometry software is an added advantage.
