Job descriptionPhD in Immunology (mandatory). 4–5 years of hands-on experience with flow cytometry. Strong technical expertise in immunology assays and cytometry applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively across South India. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively. Base : Hyderabad Territory Coverage : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai (South India)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide scientific and technical support on flow cytometry applications to customers, including demonstrations, troubleshooting, and training.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive customer engagement and adoption of flow cytometry solutions.
- Deliver presentations, seminars, and workshops to key academic, clinical, and research institutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and KOLs across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
- Support pre- and post-sales activities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest research trends, technologies, and advancements in immunology and flow cytometry.
