Job Title : Talent Administrator
The Talent Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the talent acquisition process, overseeing pre-hire and post-hire activities.
Pre-Hire Activities :
Facilitate logistical tasks to service client programs or teams.Assist with recruitment and interview process.Complete screening assessments and review candidate responses to ensure alignment with position requirements.Post-Hire Activities :
Develop interview schedules to evaluate qualified candidates.Update candidate statuses in recruitment systems (ATS, proprietary systems).Review applicants via ATS and schedule non-complex interviews.Requirements :
Business or office experience preferred.Customer service or administration background desired.Skills :
Fluent English communication.Strong verbal and written skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.Prioritize and organize work effectively.Deliver high-quality customer service.
