About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced IT recruiter to join our fast-paced team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recruiting top tech professionals to fill critical roles.
Main Responsibilities :
- Source and shortlist high-caliber tech talent through various channels and networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet their hiring needs, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into our team.
- Evaluate candidate portfolios and conduct thorough interviews to ensure the best fit for our organization.
