We are seeking a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the tech talent market in India and globally, and will leverage this expertise to source top candidates for our product company clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Scout & Deal Closer : Identify and acquire top talent for our clients.
Revenue Growth Driver : Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and tailored solutions for each client need.
Data Analysis & Interpretation : Collect and analyze data from HR tools to ensure accurate reporting and quality maintenance.
Candidate Assessment : Conduct initial screening and evaluation of technical and behavioral competencies.
Niche Technology Role Hiring : Work independently on niche technology roles using innovative sourcing strategies.

Negotiation & Engagement : Drive effective negotiation conversations to balance candidate expectations with client offerings.
