Job description

Required Sales Executive-SAAS Application

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through cold calling, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and visiting clients to establish and maintain relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

1. Cold Calling : Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products / services and generate interest.

2. Product Demonstrations : Conduct engaging and informative demonstrations of our products / services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

3. Negotiating : Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Client Visits : Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and build rapport.

5. Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.

6. Sales Pipeline Management : Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.

7. Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and strategies.

8. Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM software.

9. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and objectives.

10. Continuous Improvement : Actively seek feedback and participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and performance.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Willingness to travel for client visits as needed.

8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
