Job Title : Team Lead Sales / Sr Business Development Manager

Experience : 05+ Years

Location : Mumbai / Remote

As a Business Development Manager specializing in Data Analytics with a focus on lead generation and cold calling, your role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding the client base. Here's a breakdown of key responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation Strategy : Develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to the data analytics industry. This may include identifying target markets, leveraging online platforms, attending industry events, and utilizing lead generation tools and software.
  • Cold Calling Campaigns : Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce your data analytics solutions and generate interest. Craft compelling scripts and messaging that clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of your offerings.
  • Qualification and Nurturing : Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority. Nurture leads through follow-up calls, emails, and personalized communication to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Relationship Building : Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients through effective communication and active listening. Understand their pain points, challenges, and goals related to data analytics, and position your solutions as the ideal fit.
  • Collaboration with Marketing : Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing campaigns and messaging. Provide feedback on lead quality and effectiveness of marketing materials to optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Pipeline Management : Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and opportunities through diligent tracking and management. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to organize leads, track interactions, and prioritize follow-ups.
  • Market Research and Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the data analytics space. Use market intelligence to refine lead generation strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Continuous Improvement : Regularly review and analyze the performance of lead generation activities, cold calling scripts, and outreach strategies. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Training and Development : Stay updated on best practices in lead generation, cold calling techniques, and sales methodologies. Provide training and support to the sales team on effective lead generation strategies and tactics.
  • Metrics and Reporting : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and sales attribution. Generate reports to measure the success of lead generation efforts and provide insights for decision-making
