Role Description – Field Sales Executive (Bengaluru) The Field Sales Executive will be a front-line representative of Evate, responsible for expanding our loan and lease portfolio in the Bengaluru region. This is a full-time, on-ground role involving active engagement with drivers, dealerships, aggregators, and local partners. The role focuses on identifying high-potential customers, driving lead conversions, and ensuring smooth onboarding throughout the loan / lease journey.
You will build strong community relationships, conduct field verification, assist with KYC and documentation, and coordinate closely with backend and credit teams. Your effort directly contributes to Evate’s growth and our mission of enabling sustainable and inclusive mobility financing.
Key Responsibilities Generate and convert leads through field visits, dealership engagement, and driver interactions
Conduct physical KYC, field verification, and assist applicants in completing loan / lease documentation
Promote Evate’s financial products to drivers, fleet operators, and local associations
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, retrofitting centres, aggregators, and driver communities
Understand customer needs and guide them on vehicle selection, eligibility, and repayment solutions
Coordinate with internal teams for underwriting, telematics installation, and vehicle delivery
Track daily visits, maintain logs, ensure timely follow-ups, and achieve monthly disbursal targets
Represent Evate at driver events, on-ground activations, and partner campaigns when required
Qualifications Sales & Relationship Skills : Prior experience in field sales, customer acquisition, loan sales, auto sales, NBFC / fintech, or mobility sector preferred
Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Ability to clearly explain financial products, build rapport with drivers, and influence decision-making
Market Understanding : Awareness of local mobility ecosystem, electric vehicle trends, and driver behaviour
Problem-Solving & Ownership : Ability to independently handle field situations, manage time well, and close leads with persistence
Mandatory Requirements :
Two-wheeler with valid driving license
Willingness for extensive field travel within Bengaluru
Smartphone for handling digital KYC and app-based workflows
Education : 10th / PUC / Graduate candidates are welcome; bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is an advantage
