Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly efficient, trend-aware Video Editor specializing in fast-paced, short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads). You will play a key role in creating high-retention, engaging, and platform-optimized video content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble short-form and long-form vertical videos from raw footage to final output — including Reels, Shorts, Ads, and YouTube vertical content .
• Apply strong pacing, jump cuts, color correction, and text overlays to enhance storytelling.
• Create impactful hooks and high-retention edits within the first 3–5 seconds.
• Integrate sound effects, music syncing, basic VFX , and motion graphics as needed.
• Collaborate with designers and creative strategists to maintain brand consistency.
• Organize raw footage, manage project timelines, and deliver edits within tight schedules.
• Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles, reels formats , and viral content techniques.
