About the Role (Social Media Content / Video Production Coordinator)
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Social Media Content / Video Production Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative social media content for our clients. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic link between clients and the internal creative team, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.
This position requires a professional with hands-on experience in video editing and content production, exceptional communication abilities, and proven expertise in managing creative processes and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Act as the primary liaison between clients and the internal creative team.
Ø Attend client meetings to understand objectives, creative direction, and content expectations.
Ø Translate client requirements and feedback into clear, actionable briefs for editors and designers.
Ø Plan, assign, and manage daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
Ø Monitor project progress and maintain high-quality output across all deliverables.
Ø Conduct thorough quality checks (QC) to ensure content aligns with client brand standards and creative vision.
Ø Collaborate with clients to conceptualize new ideas for social media videos, campaigns, and visuals.
Ø Guide and mentor the editing and design teams, promoting professional and creative growth.
Ø Ensure clarity of communication within the team regarding project objectives and feedback.
Ø Stay current with social media trends, formats, and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.
Ø Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and platform optimization.
Requirements
Ø 2 to 3 years of experience in social media content production, creative project management, or video editing supervision.
Ø Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and their respective content strategies.
Ø Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Ø Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ø Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ø Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining creative excellence.
Ø Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ø Experience in real estate content creation.
Ø Previous experience managing a creative or production team.
