Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Test Lead with a strong background in eCommerce to lead a team of manual and automation QA engineers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core QA practices, excellent leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• . Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers (manual and automation) across multiple projects.
• . Define and implement robust test strategies, test plans, and test cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
• . Drive test optimization, test data management, and test environment setup.
• . Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain high standards of test design and execution.
• . Track and report QA metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and test execution progress.
• . Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and DevOps.
• . Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automation frameworks and tools.
• . Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
• . Continuously improve QA processes and advocate for best practices in quality assurance.
• . Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear status updates and risk assessments.
