Senior Test Engineer - Selenium / Cypress

We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to lead quality assurance efforts across our products and platforms.

You will design and implement robust test strategies, mentor junior QA engineers, and ensure that every release meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Lead test planning, strategy, and execution across multiple releases.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure test coverage and quality standards.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs / defects using industry-standard tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.
• Ensure CI / CD integration of automated test suites for faster releases.
• Mentor and guide junior QA / test engineers, sharing best practices.
• Drive adoption of quality-first culture across engineering teams.
