Automation Test Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for

Quality Engineering Specialists

with

3–9 years of experience

to design and execute test automation solutions across

Web, Windows, and Mobile platforms . The role emphasizes

hands-on automation

using

Python, PyTest, and Appium , ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple streams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain

automation frameworks

for Web, Windows, and Mobile applications.

Build and execute test scripts using

Python, PyTest, and Appium

to validate functionality and system stability.

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA leads to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.

Participate in

end-to-end regression testing

and ensure automation coverage across streams.

Integrate automated tests into

CI / CD pipelines

for faster and reliable releases.

Debug test failures, perform root cause analysis, and report defects effectively.

Contribute to

test documentation , including test plans, cases, and execution reports.

Required Skills & Experience

3–9 years

of overall QA experience with strong hands-on automation exposure.

Proficiency in

Python

and test automation frameworks (PyTest is mandatory).

Hands-on experience with

Appium

for Mobile testing (iOS & Android).

Experience in

Web automation

(Selenium with Python or equivalent).

Exposure to

Windows application automation

(PyWinAuto / WinAppDriver / White Framework).

Knowledge of

CI / CD tools

(Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Familiarity with

Agile / DevOps

delivery models.
