Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a K S T Supervisor at Hotel Oberoi, located in Delhi, India. The K S T Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the kitchen stewarding team to maintain cleanliness and safety in all kitchen operations. The responsibilities include ensuring hygiene standards, managing inventory and supplies, training staff, and collaborating with the culinary team to foster a clean and organized workspace. The role requires attention to detail, strong leadership, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
