Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Chef at Idli Curry Co, located in Vikhroli, Mumbai .

The Head Chef will lead daily kitchen operations, ensure taste consistency, and uphold high-quality standards for South Indian dishes both veg and non veg.

Responsibilities include :

• Leading and supervising the kitchen team
• Managing production schedules and daily operations
• Ensuring all SOPs, hygiene , and food safety standards are followed
• Overseeing inventory, costing, and vendor coordination
• Innovating and refining menu items to improve efficiency and flavour
• Maintaining kitchen discipline, cleanliness, and equipment health
• Working closely with management to streamline operations and scale production
