We are seeking a results-driven and entrepreneurial Area Sales Manager to lead the growth of a Gastroenterology product portfolio across the Delhi NCR region. The role involves driving business expansion, increasing market share, and building long-term partnerships with hospitals, KOLs, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive significant growth of Gastroenterology products in the assigned territory.
- Enhance both market penetration and share across partner hospitals.
- Identify, develop, and manage channel partners to expand regional reach.
- Build and maintain strong, ethical relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and hospital staff.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and implement strategic initiatives to gain market share.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and set weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards, policies, and procedures.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
