Hiring for leadership roles with aGlobal Capability Center (GCC) of a leading Asset Management firm in Mumbai.Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-endprocess transformation and automation initiativesfor the asset management business.Own andexecute strategic programswith measurable business impact—cost reduction, efficiency, and risk mitigation.Govern theautomation delivery lifecycleand align it with enterprise strategy and outcomes.Evaluate and implement emerging automation tools (AI / ML, low-code platforms) to future-proof operations.Engagesenior stakeholders and cross-functional teamsto ensure buy-in and adoption of automation solutions.Foster digital awareness, build automation capability across teams, anddrive cultural change.Manageprogram budgets, resource planning, MIS / reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.Ideal Candidate Profile : 15+ years of experience, with a significant portion in theasset management / capital markets domainandprocess transformation.Strong background inIntelligent Automation, RPA, AI / ML platforms, andlow-code / no-code solutions.Proven experience inLean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or other process excellence methodologies.Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional teams andglobal stakeholder relationships(CXO-level).Strong understanding ofSDLC,business architecture, andautomation trends.Exposure to tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps is a plus.Excellent leadership, program management, communication, and strategic thinking capabilities.
