Accounts Executive Role - A Spiritual Organization and charitable Trust - Chennai

Job Summary :

HireGenie is hiring for a Spiritual Organization and Charitable Trust a Graduate / Semi Qualified CA for Accounts Executive designation who will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounts, preparing financial reports, maintaining MIS reports and other finance operations.

It’s a leading Spiritual Organization and Charitable Trust which propagates education centers, food donation, religious practices. Now it is widely spread in 100+ countries across the globe with 600+ centers.

Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain accurate books of accounts (AP, AR, general ledger entries).

Handle receipts, billing and vendor payments.

Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.

Assist in preparation of financial statements, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

Coordinate with auditors by providing required documents during audits.

Maintain records of all financial transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of finance matters.

Assist in generating MIS reports and financial summaries.

Requirements :

Candidates should have proven experience in accounting.

Hands on experience with Tally software for at least 2years.

Should be able to work individually

Must have strong knowledge of MS office.

Must have good communication skills (Verbal and Written)

Education : CA inter / B. Com / M. Com

Experience : 2-4 Years of relevant experience

Work type : work from office

Work schedule : Monday to Saturday (9AM to 6PM)
