Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Executive located in North Goa. The Front Desk Executive will manage daily front desk duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, managing reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by providing unparalleled customer service, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with other team members to maintain a well-functioning front desk area.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Excellent Customer Service abilities
Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Open to working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality are a bonus
