Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in Chhindwara. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring an efficient and smooth check-in and check-out process, managing guest relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes managing front office staff, handling reservations, and maintaining communication between departments to provide top-notch service to guests.

Qualifications

Skills in Office Administration and Front Office management

Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction

Excellent Communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
