Job descriptionDrive sales and ensure achievement of business targets for the assigned Hyderabad area through channel-based sourcing. Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners to generate a steady pipeline for Loan Against Property products. Implement area-level sales strategies to expand market reach, increase business volumes, and improve sourcing quality. Conduct regular channel partner reviews to track performance, address gaps, and support partner productivity enhancement. Coordinate with credit, operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth application processing, quick turnaround, and seamless disbursement. Monitor portfolio quality by ensuring high-standard customer selection, proper documentation, and adherence to credit norms. Track competition activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities to support area business growth plans. Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines throughout the sourcing cycle. Guide and support sales executives within the area to improve productivity and maintain consistent lead generation.
