Human Resources (HR) Internship – Tech Recruiting

We’re looking for an HR Intern (Tech Recruiting) to join our small, fast-moving team and learn the ropes of hiring for top AI and machine learning roles.

What you’ll do :

• Evaluate shortlisted candidates and match them with open roles
• Source profiles manually from niche platforms — GitHub, research sites, LinkedIn, etc.
• Help screen and shortlist candidates for technical positions in AI and ML
• Collaborate with the founding team to understand how startup hiring works
