About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of proven recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling bulk and niche hiring while ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategy.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references, and database management.
Conduct pre-screening HR interviews to assess fitment and salary expectations.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and repetitive roles.
Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Share weekly recruitment reports and maintain proper documentation & recruitment tracker.
Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (IT or Non-IT hiring).
Strong experience in bulk, niche, and leadership hiring.
Proficient in job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Preference will be given to candidates available to join within 0–15 days.
