HR Technology Consultant

Location : Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune (Hybrid 3 days)

Rate : 2L Per Months

We’re looking for an experienced Taleo Functional Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Taleo Recruiting (TEE / TBE) modules. The consultant will serve as a Taleo SME , partnering with HR, IT, and business teams to enhance recruitment processes, user experience, and alignment with talent strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Minimum 7 years of functional experience with Oracle Taleo (preferably TEE ).
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition workflows and Taleo functionalities.
• Experience in Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance modules.
• Hands-on with TCC or Taleo Web Services (preferred).
• Configure career sections, offer / requisition templates, and agency portals .
• Knowledge of system integrations (HRIS, job boards, background checks, etc.).
• Proven experience managing multiple implementations or upgrades .
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
