Salary Range - 4 Lacs to 6 Lacs Per Annum
Working Days - Monday to Saturday ( 1 Sat off in a month )
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager – Outbound Sales (Field) to expand our customer base and increase revenue. This role involves identifying new sales opportunities, meeting clients on-site, presenting products / services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong background in field sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify potential clients through field visits, market research, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Visit customer sites regularly to pitch products / services and understand client requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within assigned territories.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate deals and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
Requirements :
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Field Sales Executive.Strong knowledge of sales techniques, territory management, and customer acquisition.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently in the field.Proficiency in MS OfficePreferred Attributes :
Strong presentation skills and ability to close high-value deals.Resilience and adaptability in a competitive sales environment.Skills Required
