Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Team Leader (Coach) for Face to Face Fundraising

The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding and supervising a team, coordinating daily activities, setting and reviewing goals, and ensuring that the team meets performance standards. The role involves coaching team members, providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring adherence to CBM India's policies and procedures. Additionally, the Team Leader will collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals, manage resources efficiently, and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Coaching, Mentoring, and Performance Review skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal abilities
• Experience in Policy Adherence and Organizational Coordination
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Social Work, or related field
• Prior experience in the disability and development sector is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
