• Evaluate and implement digital tools and productivity platforms
• Train faculty, staff, and students across all institutions
• Create digital workflows, templates, and dashboards
• Collaborate closely with IT, academic teams, and hospital units
• Drive digital transformation and operational excellence
• Lead pilot programs for new-age tools and technologies
