Legal Associate

Our client, a fast-growing global investment platform, is looking to hire a Legal Counsel with 2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital. This is a full-time remote opportunity, offering deep exposure to venture finance, startups, and cross-border investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities :

Support and manage legal processes for investments, exits, and corporate actions.

Review and finalise transaction documents such as term sheets, shareholder agreements, and convertible instruments.

Liaise with founders, investors, and legal teams to efficiently close deals.

Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, securities, and foreign exchange laws.

Preferred Profile :

2–3 years of experience in Corporate Law, M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.

Strong knowledge of corporate, securities, and FEMA regulations.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with multiple stakeholders.

Prior law firm experience; candidates looking to transition in-house are especially encouraged to apply.
