Experience - 1 to 3 Years
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations :
- Engaging with potential customers via phone, email, or video conference to showcase product features and benefits, and persuade them to purchase.
- Negotiation and Closing :
- Working with customers to find favorable pricing and payment options, and ultimately closing sales deals.
- Relationship Building :
- Cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Pipeline Management :
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating the CRM system , and tracking the progress of leads through the sales funnel.
- Product Knowledge :
- Staying up-to-date on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaboration :
- Working closely with other teams like marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Skills :
