Desktop Support Engineer

Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, ensuring that their desktop systems and applications are functioning optimally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Assist users with application software and system issues.
• Document support activities and maintain records of service requests.
• Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes.
